Overview

Your images never leave your device. Whitebox processes all photos entirely inside your browser using on-device AI. We do not have access to, upload, transmit, or store any image you process. This is the core of our privacy promise.

What we collect

• Account data: if you register or subscribe, we store your email address and your subscription status so we can serve your PRO plan.
• Usage counters: we store a count of conversions you perform on the free plan to enforce fair-use limits.
• Payment data: payments are processed by our payment partner Paddle. We never see or store your card or PayPal details.

Cookies & analytics

We may use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics to understand aggregate usage (page views, feature usage). These do not identify you and do not involve your images.

Data retention & deletion

We keep account and usage data only as long as needed to provide the service. To delete your account and all associated data, email us from your registered address and we will erase it within 30 days.

Children

Whitebox is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

We may update this policy. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
