The free tier is free forever. If you are billed, it means you subscribed to PRO.

How to request a refund

Email us from the address you used to subscribe. Include your order or subscription number if you have it. We will process approved refunds within 5–10 business days through your original payment method.

Ongoing subscriptions

You can cancel your subscription at any time, and you will keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
