Acceptance

By using Whitebox you agree to these terms.

Service description

Whitebox provides in-browser image processing tools (white background, AI background removal, batch resize and rename, ZIP export). All processing runs locally on your device; Whitebox cannot and does not store your images.

Subscriptions

PRO is a recurring subscription billed by our payment partner Paddle. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period. See the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

Acceptable use

• Do not use Whitebox to process unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, overload, or abuse the service.
• You are responsible for the images you process and their rights.

Intellectual property

The software, website, and brand are owned by Whitebox. Output images belong to you.

Termination

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using the service at any time.

Limitation of liability

Whitebox is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for image quality, listing outcomes, or changes to third-party platform policies.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use means acceptance.
